I teach a wide range of classes in ancient history, with a special interests in Hellenistic, legal and economic history. Over the past decade, reflecting may research interests, I've been teaching courses on climate history at undergraduate and graduate levels. My original love of demotic Egyptian language and script remains, and I teach reading courses to gradate students when needed.

​I am interested in working with exceptional graduate students, and do get in touch if interested in pursuing PhD at Yale.
